Returns
If you would like to make a return, please email us at info@vamestudio.com to request one. Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions. Returns must be made to our team within 14 days of receiving delivery of your parcel.
Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.

All tags, accessories, and packaging must be included.

All the items come with a security tag affixed, this tag must remain attached. If removed, the item will not be eligible for refund.

Returns showing signs of wear or that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
How to Return

To start your return, email us at info@vamestudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item(s) back. You may return items using our prepaid shipping label or a courier of your choice.

Please allow us 3-5 business days for processing your return request.

Please note that return shipping fees and any duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer. These fees will be deducted from your refund.

Väme Studio will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow us 3–5 business days for us to process your return once received.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@vamestudio.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and 3–4 photos so our team can assist you with next steps.
